Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost savings annually
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Oversee procurement budget of $15M+ with 99% compliance
- Implement e-procurement systems and process automation
- Collaborate with R&D on new material sourcing
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies
- Train and mentor 5-member procurement team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Procurement or related field
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ in management
- CIPS/ISM certification mandatory
- Expertise in SAP/Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in international vendor management
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong contract law knowledge
- Fluent English with Mandarin proficiency
