Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with measurable cost savings track record
- Proven experience managing global supplier relationships
