Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and quality across all procurement categories
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage key supplier relationships to ensure contractual compliance and performance
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Oversee purchasing processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practices and ethical sourcing standards
- Manage purchasing budget and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving initiatives
