Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for high-value contracts
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in procurement workflows
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and emerging technologies
- Oversee compliance with ethical sourcing standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and supply chain efficiency
- Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for procurement strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
