- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle and inventory management systems
- Train and mentor junior procurement specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of reducing procurement costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities
