Responsibilities

- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic performance audits
- Implement procurement software solutions to enhance visibility and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards in vendor selection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle e-procurement systems
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings through strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage complex supplier contracts
- Experience implementing lean procurement methodologies
