Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for $25M+ annual spend
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize inventory turnover
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle)
- Proven track record in international vendor management
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities
