- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for $50M+ annual procurement portfolio
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through digital transformation initiatives
- Manage cross-functional relationships with operations, finance, and quality assurance teams
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to optimize risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ purchasing professionals through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and market research
