Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes across multiple categories
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply chain risks
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement value engineering
- Manage vendor relationships through performance evaluations, contract renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee purchasing budget allocation and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory management and delivery timelines
- Implement procurement technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency and visibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with at least 3 years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Ariba, Coupa)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
