Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 500+ SKUs across manufacturing and service categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing $2M+ annual contracts with favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, and contract lifecycle management
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through performance coaching and process optimization
- Implement ERP system enhancements (SAP/Ariba) to automate procurement workflows
- Ensure 100% compliance with ISO 14001 and corporate sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 10-20% cost reduction through strategic sourcing
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented success in high-value contracts
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics management
