Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract renewals

- Oversee purchasing budgets and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for procurement optimization
- Lead sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in ERP procurement modules and data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
