Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with international suppliers to achieve 15% cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and vendor selection
- Implement and maintain ERP/MRP procurement systems for data-driven decisions
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or tech
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of negotiating $5M+ contracts
- Advanced data analytics skills with Power BI/Excel
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Exceptional leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports
