- Oversee end-to-end procurement process from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and data to inform purchasing decisions
- Manage cross-functional relationships with operations and finance teams
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of vendor relationship management
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations
