Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for 500+ suppliers across 15+ categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 12-18% average cost reduction
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement systems with $2M+ annual spend oversight
- Manage cross-functional projects with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and identify opportunities
- Mentor 3 junior procurement specialists using our proprietary training framework
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ESG-compliant vendor assessments
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $10M+ spend management
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent advanced procurement credentials
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives in manufacturing/industrial sectors
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence
- Excellent communication skills with C-level stakeholder management experience
