Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across 15+ product categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Implement ERP system optimizations for procurement workflows
- Manage cross-functional relationships with R&D, Operations, and Finance
- Analyze market trends to identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Oversee 3PL partnerships and logistics optimization
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supplier selection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with $50M+ spend portfolios
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record in international vendor management
- Advanced data analytics using Power BI and Excel
- CIPSM or equivalent strategic sourcing methodology training
