Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record in vendor management and negotiation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
