Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for strategic commodities (MRO, indirect materials, capital equipment)
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives
- Negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supply chain operations
- Collaborate with finance and operations on cost-saving initiatives
- Implement and optimize procurement ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with $50M+ spend management
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies and total cost analysis
- Proven success in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics and BI tools
- Experience managing international supplier networks
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
