Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies across 15+ product categories
- Lead vendor negotiations resulting in 15-20% cost savings annually
- Analyze market trends and implement data-driven purchasing decisions
- Manage cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and logistics teams
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Mentor a team of 5 purchasing specialists through performance coaching
- Implement e-procurement systems to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ procurement budgets
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international contracts
