Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ key categories
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms and contracts
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics through KPI tracking
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle from requisition to payment processing
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory and logistics optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or retail
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced negotiation skills with $5M+ contract experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional procurement teams
