- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for 50+ key commodities
- Lead supplier negotiations achieving 15% average cost reduction targets
- Oversee contract management and compliance for $15M+ annual spend
- Implement e-procurement systems and analytics-driven decision making
- Manage cross-functional projects driving sustainability initiatives
- Analyze market trends to identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in international supplier management
- Advanced data analysis and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
