Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives
- Implement and maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement in purchasing efficiency and supplier performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings targets
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
