- Oversee supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Manage annual budget allocation for purchasing department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong project management credentials (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics optimization
