Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ categories, achieving 15% annual cost reduction targets
- Lead supplier negotiations and relationship management for strategic partnerships in APAC region
- Implement e-procurement systems and process automation to enhance purchasing efficiency
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into supplier selection and evaluation
- Analyze market trends and data to optimize inventory levels and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across operations, finance, and R&D departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience in multinational corporations
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented track record of supplier cost optimization
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and supply chain compliance frameworks
