Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations securing $5M+ annual savings
- Oversee supplier risk management programs ensuring 99.7% on-time delivery
- Drive digital transformation through SAP Ariba implementation
- Manage KPI dashboard tracking cost reduction and vendor performance
- Lead ESG initiatives achieving 40% sustainable procurement target
- Mentor 5-person procurement team through performance development
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in category management (electronics, MRO, logistics)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP MM and analytics tools (Power BI)
- Proven track record implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Strong contract law knowledge and negotiation certifications
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
