Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ product categories, achieving 12-15% cost reduction targets
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for international suppliers across APAC and Europe
- Implement and optimize procurement systems including SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to ensure resilient vendor relationships
- Drive sustainability initiatives by auditing suppliers for ESG compliance and ethical sourcing
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through performance coaching and skill development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years in procurement with 3+ years in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Exceptional leadership abilities with track record of mentoring high-performing teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
