Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and quality
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement procurement process improvements
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across 15+ categories
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards and ethical sourcing practices
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost reduction initiatives
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for procurement data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings achievements
- Experience managing cross-cultural international supplier networks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data trends
