Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for key commodities across 15+ countries
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Analyze market trends and KPIs to optimize spend visibility and reduce total cost of ownership
- Implement ESG compliance frameworks in supplier selection and risk assessment processes
- Manage team of 4 procurement specialists through performance coaching and mentorship
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including AI-powered procurement analytics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement qualification required
- Proven track record of delivering >15% cost savings in complex supply chains
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis tools (Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
- Experience managing cross-cultural supplier relationships in APAC region
