Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement spend across 15+ categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers, securing favorable terms and mitigating risks
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier diversification strategies
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution and supplier onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and develop continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and drive best practices across the department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost reduction initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international contracts and compliance (ITAR, ISO)
- Exceptional analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
