Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities
- Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and relationship management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives
- Implement digital procurement tools for process automation
- Manage supplier performance metrics and KPIs
- Drive diversity and inclusion in vendor selection processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC markets)
