Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to secure optimal terms
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to inform purchasing decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Oversee inventory management and procurement budget
- Implement procurement technology and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
- Experience managing global supplier relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
