Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodity categories
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to maximize value and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring supply continuity
- Oversee supplier relationship management, performance evaluation, and sustainability compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage procurement budgets and provide strategic cost-benefit analysis
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and vendor management
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex categories
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/SAP systems
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for APAC role
