Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple categories
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance management
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and process improvements
- Manage risk assessment and compliance in the supply chain
- Lead purchasing team mentoring and development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings targets
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Experience managing international supply chains
