- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing initiatives with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices and compliance frameworks
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international sourcing
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
