Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ product categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers for multimillion-dollar contracts
- Analyze market trends and implement data-driven cost reduction initiatives
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance KPIs
- Manage global sourcing projects while ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes using SAP Ariba
- Mentor a team of 5 purchasing specialists and analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in management
- CIPS/ISM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in cost reduction (15%+ annual savings)
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC markets
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in multinational corporations
