- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers, achieving 15-20% cost savings
- Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection and performance management
- Implement sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG goals
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with financial accountability
- Drive digital transformation of procurement processes using SAP/Ariba systems
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/sourcing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and cost analysis
- Proven track record of implementing procurement technology (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional team management experience
