- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% annual cost savings targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Analyze market trends to inform procurement decisions and innovation
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams for optimal stock levels
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced data analysis skills with procurement KPI experience
- Strong negotiation track record with Fortune 500 vendors
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional procurement projects
