- Oversee procurement budget ($15M+) and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development sourcing
- Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement technology upgrades
Qualifications
- 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in international vendor negotiations
- Advanced data analysis skills with procurement KPI optimization
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in regulated industries (ISO 14001, ISO 9001)
- Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
