Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories (raw materials, MRO, logistics)
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract renewals, and performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bids, and PO management
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supply chain operations
- Mentor junior procurement staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in vendor management and cost optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in international procurement and cross-cultural negotiations
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus)
