Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations securing cost-effective contracts with favorable terms
- Manage supplier relationships ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Oversee purchasing budget allocation and expense tracking

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 10-15% annual cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
