Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing $5M+ in annual cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives
- Implement ERP systems optimization for procurement workflows
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with $50M+ spend management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud systems
- Proven track record in international sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau proficiency
- Strong contract law knowledge and negotiation certifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement environments
