Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies across 15+ categories
- Lead vendor negotiations resulting in 10-15% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage procurement budget of $25M+ with rigorous KPI tracking
- Oversee supplier relationship management program with 200+ active vendors
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement modules (SAP preferred)
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing practices
- Lead cross-functional teams for new product introduction projects
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract law
- Proven track record of implementing procurement transformation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Excel data modeling
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated vendor management success
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
