Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and services across global markets
- Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management systems
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
- Mentor purchasing team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor development
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong negotiation skills with international vendor experience
- Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and risk management
