Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 200+ vendors across 3 key categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with 15% cost reduction targets while ensuring compliance
- Analyze market trends to forecast pricing and mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP system integrations for procurement workflows
- Manage vendor scorecards and KPIs to drive performance improvements
- Oversee sustainability initiatives including ethical sourcing and carbon footprint reduction
- Prepare monthly procurement reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle e-procurement systems
- Proven success in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Experience with international sourcing and compliance regulations
- Data analytics skills with proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
- Strong leadership abilities with cross-departmental influence
