- Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory and logistics
- Implement procurement software and process improvements
- Manage purchasing budget and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in vendor relationship management
