Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to ensure business continuity
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams on procurement processes
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data-driven purchasing decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in global sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier diversity
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (Coupa, Ariba)
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade compliance
