Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for critical raw materials and MRO supplies
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to optimize total cost of ownership
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives for new product launches and cost reduction programs
- Manage supplier relationships through performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee purchasing budget forecasting and spend analysis across multiple categories
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices aligned with ESG objectives
- Drive digital transformation through procurement technology adoption and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Proven success in managing global supplier relationships across diverse industries
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement systems
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing procurement best practices and process improvements
