Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities
- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 15-20% cost savings targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure
- Analyze market trends to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives
- Maintain compliance with ISO 20400 ethical procurement standards
- Optimize ERP systems (SAP Ariba) for procurement efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in TCO analysis and contract management
- Proven success in vendor relationship management
- Advanced data literacy with procurement analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional negotiations
