Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and order fulfillment.

- Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
- Manage and mentor a team of purchasing professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
