Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ key categories
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal terms and contracts
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction in procurement spend
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through KPI-driven scorecards
- Oversee digital procurement tool adoption and process automation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in procurement with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering 7-10% cost savings annually
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Experience managing international supplier networks across APAC region
- Strong data literacy with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
