Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic categories including raw materials, MRO, and logistics services
- Develop and execute category strategies with 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Manage and optimize supplier relationships across 50+ global vendors
- Drive digital transformation through e-procurement system implementation
- Conduct market intelligence analysis and risk mitigation planning
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and operations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
- Advanced negotiation skills with $5M+ contract experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- APAC market knowledge and cross-cultural negotiation skills
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
